Nachdem sie schon in Bands wie Prostitute Disfigurement und Cirith Gorgor aktiv waren gründeten Benny und Roel 2014 die Band Soulemission, später kam Michel als Sänger hinzu. Die Band orientiert sich dabei am klassischen Death/Black Metal der Neunziger. Für das Debütalbum konnte man als Sessiondrummer Menthor (Enthroned, Lvcifyre, Nightbringer) anwerben.
