Die schwedischen Melodic Death Metal Götter AT THE GATES veröffentlichen einen 3er DVD Set mit dem Namen "THE FLAMES OF THE END" via Earache Records.
AT THE GATES veröffentlichten ihr Hammeralbum "SLAUGHTER OF THE SOUL" 1995 und wurden dies wurde als eines der besten Metal Album überhaupt eingestuft. Leider löste sich die Band nach einer Worldtour plötzlich und unerwartet auf um, jeder für sich, in andern Bands maßgebliche Rollen zu übernehmen. Darunter Bands wie THE HAUNTED, CRADLE OF FILTH oderd DISFEAR. In 2008 reformierte sich die Band nochmal um eine Tour abzuhalten.
Der 3er DVD Set wird am 22. Februar 2010 erscheinen und die Story von AT THE GATES enthalten, den 75-minütigen Auftritt beim Wacken 2008 und 26 weitere rare Live-Videos der Band.

Housed in a deluxe six-panel DVD digipak with a 40-page colour booklet, THE
