‘Abyssic Black Metal’ fasst die frühen Jahre der Band zusammen, die ersten grindlastigen Gehversuche zeigen eine Band die ihre Richtung erst noch finden musste. Diese führten zum ersten Klassiker ‘Satanas Tedeum’ und diversen EP`s. Auf der Sammlung befindet sich ebenso eine 1995er Promoveröffentlichung mit reduzierteren Versionen von Tracks die später auf ‘Triarchy of the Lost Lovers’ zu hören waren. Die Vinyledition erscheint zum 30jährigen Jubiläum von Rotting Christ und erscheint als Doppel Gatefold Vinyl mit einem Artwork aus den Anfangsjahren der Band.A
