Die vor 25 Jahren gegründeten norwegischen Black Metaller RAGNAROK haben sich erneut ins Studio begeben um am neunten Studioalbum zu arbeiten, als Veröffentlichungstermin ist der Mai 2019 angepeilt.Wie bei "Psychopathology" (2016), "Malediction" (2012) und "Collectors of the King" (2010) hat man sich erneut dazu entschlossen das Album im schwedischen Endarker Studio zusammen mit Devo (MARDUK) aufzunehmen. Frontmann Jontho erläutert:
"Why change something that works? We know the studio so well by now and how good the facilities are, and, after three albums, Devo really understands what RAGNAROK wants and how we work. He's a great producer and we're really looking forward to seeing what he does the new material."
