Die Blackmetaller GJENFERDSEL nennen nächstes Album "VARDE" Ludex kommentiert dern Titel so: "VARDE is a Norwegian name for a stone monument that are built on heights in the terrain. In the middle ages these monuments also contained of firewood, and guards were placed by it to lit the firewood if danger was approaching. Nowadays these stone monuments can be found around in our mountains as guidance for wanderers. This album will contain faster, darker and more dismal material than our debut, and therefore we want to warn about danger, hence the title!" So so, schneller, dunkler und bedrückender soll es werden, da sind wir aber mal gespannt ob sie ihr I mit 9/10 HIO-Punkten (Review) toppen können. Bisher sind folgende Songtitel bekannt: "Illverk", "Vesaldom", "Regin", "Strid" Für das Album gibt es noch kein Release Datum aber es soll auf jeden Fall in diesem Jahr aufgenommen und veröffentlicht werden. GJENFERDSEL hat mit Efferus auch einen neuen Bassiten am Start. Live wird er zum ersten mal am 16.01.2009 bei dem Gig in Holland zu sehen sein.
