Musik - Ihsahn bringt viertes Album "Eremita" am 18.06.2012
Der Norweger Ihsahn, Ex-Kopf der Black Metal Band Emperor, wird sein viertes Album "Eremita" am 18.06.2012 via Candlelight Records veröffentlichen. Das Album wurde aufgenommen und produziert im Telemark Ivory Shoulder Studios. Für das mischen war Jens Bogren (Opeth) in den Fascination Street Studios in Orebo, Schweden zuständig. Neben Ihsahn sind auf dem Album noch Drummer Tobias Ornes Andersen (Leprous), Saxophonist Jorgen Munkeby (Shining), Gittarist Jeff Loomis (ex-Nevermore) und die Sänger Devin Townsend, Einar Solberg (Leprous) sowie Heidi S. Tveitan (StarofAsh) zu hören. Ihsahn dazu: » This is right where I want to be musically, with lots of room for dynamics and expressive variety. Tobias and Jorgen have really added to the organic vibe I was going for and have contributed to the overall feel with their fantastic musicianship. And to have Devin, Jeff, Einar and Heidi adding their special moments, I am very privileged to be able to work with such a talented group of people.
